About Our Law Firm
The Law Office of David B. Vail was founded on July 1, 1977. David B. Vail established the firm in response to the plight of the injured and disabled. Since 1977, the firm has remained dedicated to being a voice for those unable to advocate for themselves. Our practice specializes in workers’ compensation claims, social security disability claims, and personal injury cases.
The Law Office of David B. Vail and Associates has developed a reputation for taking on the complex cases that other law firms turn away. David built his firm on the philosophy that he and his employees pursue for each client the benefits and compensation they are entitled to. The firm’s philosophy is based on the desire for each client to survive financially and emotionally. Each employee is dedicated to exhausting all avenues when advocating for our clients. David’s ability to see beyond the obvious has helped establish his reputation for thinking outside the box.
In 2005, Jennifer Cross-Euteneier became a partner and the firm became Vail, Cross-Euteneier & Associates. Over the years, the practice has continued to grow, and we remain dedicated to helping individuals who cannot advocate for themselves. Jennifer continues to propagate David’s philosophy and remains passionate about her work. Her philosophy for the continuation of the firm is summed up below.
Suppose there is one thing I have learned from working with David Vail (and believe me, I have learned a lot). In that case, every avenue must be investigated, every rock must be overturned, and every procedural step evaluated on every client’s claim to ensure that the rights of injured workers are protected and that the department and self-insured employer are held to a high standard of claims administration. This scrutiny is necessary to effectuate the policies underlying the Industrial Insurance Act. Our office pursues claims squarely based on David’s dedication to those who need representation the most. Whether or not we will fail in our struggle to protect those rights is not a consideration. Our office is always determined to push forward because the injured worker’s rights must always be protected.
